What you will do

• Drive operational performance and monitor trends through the Daily Management System.
• Analyze operational KPIs to identify loss priorities and implement corrective actions.
• Lead analysis on loss deviations and resolve internal and external technical issues.
• Perform process audits to monitor specification compliance and secure standards.
• Create and deliver work instructions and operation-related training materials for operators.
• Participate in internal/external trials, customer audits, and ISO audits while adhering to GMP and safety regulations.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience in production processes.
• Hands-on experience with extrusion, coating, slitting, cutting, or laminating processes.
• Strong competence in project management, manufacturing environments, and WCM concepts and principles.
• Proven leadership skills with a proactive and result-oriented approach.
• Good command of English and Thai.
• Must be based in Rayong, Thailand.
