Facilities Director

What you will do

• Lead the facility organization to support short- and long-term business objectives in Thailand.
• Establish and maintain facility infrastructure and systems in line with business and operating standards.
• Monitor facility systems to optimize resources, spending, costs, and performance.
• Lead, evaluate, and develop facility staff, including managers, engineers, and technicians.
• Own all aspects of the Facility department, including EHS and safety.
• Improve facility systems and collaborate with global facility teams as part of the ATBK Management Team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or a related facilities field, such as mechanical, power, or electronic engineering.
• 10–15 years of experience in a facilities working environment.
• Strong English communication skills in listening, writing, and speaking.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and teams consisting of staff and contractors.
• Knowledge of core building systems, budgeting and accounting practices, Microsoft Office, preventive maintenance, and local safety regulations.
• Advanced knowledge of industrial controls, electrical and electronic systems, and CAD; HVAC and sprinkler certifications are advantageous.
