What you will do

• Lead the Facility organization to achieve short and long-term business objectives in Thailand.
• Establish and monitor facility infrastructures and systems to optimize resources and costs.
• Take full ownership of the Facility department, including EHS and Safety standards.
• Direct, evaluate, and coach facility staff, including managers, engineers, and technicians.
• Collaborate with hirify.global's global facility organization and contribute to the ATBK Management Team.
• Continuously improve facility systems to reach best-in-class performance levels.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master of Engineering degree in a facility-related field (Mechanical, Power, Electronic, etc.).
• 10-15 years of experience in a facility working environment.
• Strong command of English (written and spoken).
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams consisting of staff and contractors.
• Strong understanding of core building systems, budgeting, and accounting practices.

Nice to have

• Advanced certifications in HVAC and sprinkler systems.
• Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD).
• Advanced knowledge of industrial controls, electrical, and electronics systems.
• Deep expertise in preventive maintenance procedures and local safety regulations.
