What you will do

• Monitor and audit pre-assembly processes to ensure adherence to technical requirements.
• Conduct root cause analysis for production issues and implement effective corrective actions.
• Provide technical guidance to shop-floor teams and stakeholders regarding process sustainability.
• Coordinate with production, QA, and maintenance teams to implement process improvements.
• Manage manufacturing projects and ensure successful transition of new products to mass production.
• Maintain and update work instructions, FMEA, and control plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master of Science or Engineering degree.
• 0-2 years of experience in IC pre-assembly processes or innovation.
• Strong background in project management, risk assessment, and advanced product quality programs.
• Proficiency in statistical tools such as Minitab or JMP.
• English proficiency required for technical and business communication.
• Strong analytical and systematic problem-solving skills.
