What you will do

• Develop hardware for thermal management module ECUs controlling cooling pumps, EXV, and multi-way valves.
• Create hardware architecture, specifications, Bill of Materials (BOM), schematics, and layouts according to system requirements.
• Perform DFMEA, WCCA, and circuit module simulations.
• Build prototypes, set up test benches, and evaluate product performance.
• Manage PCBA supplier selection and coordinate technical specifications.
• Collaborate closely with the pre-development team in Stuttgart, Germany.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in electrical engineering or a comparable major.
• Minimum 5 years of design experience in automotive electronics/hardware.
• Deep understanding of analog and digital circuits.
• Experience with Stepper/BLDC motor control circuits and LIN/CAN interfaces.
• Proficiency in Altium Designer, Mathcad, LTspice, or similar design tools.
• Ability to use oscilloscopes and programmable power supplies.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with PLM tools.
• Knowledge of SiC MOSFET/IGBT.
