What you will do

• Support new product localization and technology transfer through cross-functional technical coordination.
• Analyze product cost structures to contribute to competitiveness and optimization initiatives.
• Provide technical support to sales, project teams, and customers during concept reviews and solution improvements.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure engineering alignment and product quality.
• Coordinate internal project activities, including planning, progress tracking, and stakeholder communication.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant field.
• More than 5 years of relevant experience in product function, operation, and troubleshooting.
• Strong systematic thinking, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional or virtual teams.
