What you will do

• Scope complex reporting requirements and align them with core business decisions.
• Audit legacy BI tools and translate reporting logic into hirify.global's aCDP frameworks.
• Investigate data sources and identity resolution to ensure absolute accuracy.
• Design, build, and tune the semantic context layer to power reliable AI-driven SQL generation.
• Train non-technical marketers on utilizing AI for brainstorming and strategy.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver actionable analytical findings to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in writing clean, performant, and scalable SQL.
• Proficiency with cloud data platforms, specifically Snowflake and Databricks.
• Experience with BI reports, marketing schemas, and attribution models.
• Ability to build robust semantic layers from complex real-world databases.
• Strong communication skills for customer-facing technical discussions and training.
• Knowledge of the modern data stack, including CDPs and ETL/ELT pipelines.

Nice to have

• Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, or AI-driven analytics tools.
• Background in Forward Deployed, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Customer Success roles.
• Familiarity with array aggregation and object manipulation in modern cloud data warehouses.
