What you will do

• Advise hiring managers and stakeholders as a subject matter expert on the APAC talent market.
• Lead direct sourcing and headhunting efforts, owning requisitions from brief to close.
• Build and execute innovative talent attraction and pipeline development strategies.
• Own and optimize the end-to-end candidate experience.

Requirements

• Extensive in-house recruiting experience with a proven track record in mid to senior-level placements.
• Strong direct sourcing and headhunting capabilities.
• Ability to consult, negotiate, and engage with stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
• Fluency in both English and Chinese is required.
• Must be based in Hong Kong.
