Salary: $242,100 – $327,500 annually

What you will do

• Lead multiple engineering teams to define the vision, strategy, and execution plan for the ML infrastructure stack.
• Architect infrastructure to dramatically improve the agility, usability, and extensibility of ML solutions.
• Partner with scientists and product managers to streamline the model development lifecycle from research to production.
• Establish MLOps practices to enable rapid experimentation and deployment of AI/ML models.
• Ensure AI-driven solutions are scalable, reliable, and responsible for a global audience.

Requirements

• 10+ years of engineering experience.
• 5+ years of engineering team management experience.
• 10+ years of experience planning, designing, and delivering consumer software.
• Hands-on experience with ML infrastructure, retrieval/recommendation systems, LLMs, or generative AI.
• Experience managing concurrent programs and development teams in an Agile environment.

Nice to have

• Experience designing and developing large-scale, high-traffic applications.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience with AWS products and services.
