What you will do

• Serve as the technical advisor to the Recruiting organization to expand the application of Claude in real hiring workflows.
• Identify, codify, and scale AI skills and workflows used by recruiters through workshops, office hours, and reusable assets.
• Pair with recruiters on prompts, skills, and agent workflows, providing hands-on technical support and debugging.
• Develop rapid prototypes and pilots for high-value workflows with a path toward productionization in the People Products stack.
• Collaborate with the internal AI Council to vet skills into shared tooling and coordinate with engineering teams.
• Create technical content, including documentation and tutorials, tailored for non-engineering audiences.

Requirements

• Experience as a Software Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or in a technical enablement role.
• Production experience building LLM-powered applications, including prompting, context engineering, and agent architectures.
• Strong programming skills in Python or TypeScript.
• Ability to translate complex AI concepts into actionable habits for non-technical users.
• Strong communication skills to earn trust with both recruiters and engineers.
• Must be based in San Francisco, CA.

Nice to have

• Experience with recruiting or people technology (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday).
• Background working alongside recruiting or other operations-heavy functions.
• Track record of developing internal tools or platform work for adjacent users.
• Experience running developer relations-style motions or enablement programs.
