What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting and onboarding for new hires, including orientations and interviews.
• Act as an HR Advisor for employees regarding policies, benefits, and employee relation matters.
• Execute administrative tasks, HRIS data entry, and timekeeping using ADP.
• Oversee the plant leave of absence process, including FMLA, STD, LTD, and MA Paid Family Leave.
• Ensure strict compliance with local and national employment laws and regulations.
• Maintain and manage strategic relationships with staffing agencies.

Requirements

• 2 years of Human Resource Generalist experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment law.
• Competency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work productively in a high-volume, fast-paced manufacturing environment.
