What you will do

• Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise CRM solutions.
• Gather customer and partner insights to translate feedback into actionable product requirements.

• Lead product discovery, business case development, and delivery planning for new features.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 8+ years of experience in product management, including 2+ years in enterprise or B2B SaaS.
• Strong background in automotive retail technology, CRM solutions, or OEM ecosystems.
• Proven experience delivering successful SaaS or platform product strategies.
• Experience building and applying AI or LLM-driven capabilities.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data and KPIs to guide prioritization.
