Salary: $172,848 - $276,577 per year

What you will do

• Serve as the principal point of contact for the Bay Area Net Ops Group.
• Lead operations for escalations, scheduling, and team purchasing and administrative tasks.
• Oversee the development, design, implementation, and support of enterprise technical infrastructure.
• Manage the full lifecycle of technical infrastructure and associated budgets.
• Supervise staff resources and support continuing education and certification plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 5 years of recent relevant experience in network operations.
• Experience with complex enterprise environments, specifically Extreme Networks and Cisco Systems.
• Proven ability to lead geographically dispersed teams and manage vendor procurement.
• Must be able to work 8-12 hours in the field monthly in the Bay Area.

• Experience in the healthcare industry and understanding of its unique regulatory and technology requirements.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills in diverse technology environments.
