What you will do

• Plan, design, and execute the implementation of enterprise-grade hardware and software infrastructure.
• Proactively monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations to ensure maximum uptime.
• Manage the full lifecycle of servers, storage, and associated platforms, including upgrades and maintenance.
• Serve as an advanced escalation point for complex infrastructure incidents and perform root-cause analysis.
• Lead and direct the technical work of junior team members on infrastructure projects.
• Establish and maintain robust technical documentation and operational procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
• 4 to 6+ years of professional experience in systems engineering or infrastructure roles.
• Deep familiarity with enterprise hardware, operating systems, and networking concepts.
• Proven ability to work with autonomy and exercise independent judgment on complex projects.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States as per E-Verify requirements.
