What you will do

• Provide classroom instruction, demonstrations, and practical training on network systems operation and maintenance.
• Develop course curriculum and materials for Staff Officers and backend support personnel.
• Maintain systems according to customer standards and perform student assessments.
• Propose and implement technology solutions to enhance the student learning experience.
• Serve as primary or backup instructor for network setup, configuration, and maintenance.

Requirements

• Must have TS/SCI security clearance with Poly on day one of employment and must be eligible for crossover.
• 16+ years of experience in network engineering and virtualization.
• Advanced knowledge of LAN, WAN, CISCO, and VMWare.
• Deep understanding of sponsor-specific enterprise and field networks.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Experience with hardware equipment installation and connectivity.

Nice to have

• Previous experience as an instructor.
• Current field experience operating and maintaining sponsor tactical data platforms.
• Experience with Nutanix.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite and sponsor administrative tools.
• Advanced troubleshooting skills on sponsor systems.
