TL;DR

What you will do

  • Partner with executive leaders to define growth strategy and build alignment on key priorities.
  • Develop and present business case memos, financial analysis, and executive presentations.
  • Drive end-to-end CorpDev processes, including due diligence, strategic thesis development, and post-deal integration.
  • Own key financial modeling and analysis required to support decision-making and negotiations.
  • Analyze strategic trends and competitive intelligence to inform hirify.global's market expansion.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with EPD, GTM, Legal, Finance, and People teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 8+ years of professional experience in Corporate Development, VC/PE, or Investment Banking.
  • Demonstrable ability to manage M&A and strategic partnership opportunities end-to-end.
  • Top-notch financial modeling and analytical skills.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Experience in high-growth tech or SaaS businesses.

Nice to have

  • Domain knowledge of GRC and Security end markets.
  • Curiosity and willingness to use AI tools to amplify efficiency and impact.
