Business Improvement Lead

Location: Richmond, Victoria, with work in Melbourne or Sydney and travel to retail stores across and between states as required

What you will do

• Support the Endeavour GO rollout and transformation of people and processes across retail stores.
• Identify cost, value creation, and process optimisation opportunities and develop an improvement project pipeline.
• Assess operating baselines, ways of working, and processes across target business and functional areas.
• Define business problems, develop and validate hypotheses, and present findings to senior management and steering committees.
• Design and implement operating models covering people, process, and technology.
• Support transformation delivery, process change, productivity modelling, and performance improvement in collaboration with business stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in business or process improvement within an operational environment.
• Experience with structured problem-solving, detailed assessments, data analysis, document review, and synthesis of findings into reports.
• Strong written and verbal communication, facilitation, stakeholder relationship-building, and presentation skills.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Graduate or bachelor’s degree at minimum.
• Experience working in cross-functional project teams with operators, subject matter experts, and strategic leaders; willingness to travel interstate and within the state as required.
