What you will do

• Lead end-to-end business, operations, and process diagnostics for Endeavour Drinks to identify cost and value opportunities.
• Develop a roadmap for business improvement and workforce development, including a project pipeline for bottom-line benefits.
• Review baseline operations, ways of working, and relevant processes; define business problems and form early hypotheses.
• Validate hypotheses with key business stakeholders and present findings to senior management and steering committees.
• Design and implement new operating models (people, process, and technology) and support transformation project delivery within timeframes.
• Drive process change to challenge the cost of doing business and collaborate with operational teams on productivity and performance convergence.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in business/process improvement within an operational environment.
• Experience using structured problem-solving approaches.
• Ability to conduct detailed assessments (desktop research, data analysis, document review) and synthesize outputs into reports.
• Highly effective written and verbal communication skills and ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; graduate degree minimum.
