Location: Must be based in Jacksonville, Florida; 100% in-office presence required.

What you will do
- Develop and maintain master production schedules to ensure balanced workloads and optimal resource utilization.
- Collaborate with production planners, supply chain, and engineering teams to align schedules with demand forecasts.
- Monitor plant capacity levels and identify potential risks or inefficiencies.
- Create and present detailed capacity and performance reports to upper management.
- Develop dashboards and track KPIs related to scheduling and production throughput.
- Refine scheduling processes to enhance accuracy and operational excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
- 3-10 years of experience in master scheduling, production scheduling, or capacity planning within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical skills with experience reporting to senior leadership.
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles and make-to-order environments.
- Must be able to work 100% in-office in Jacksonville, Florida.
Nice to have
- APICS/ASCM CPIM certification.
- Experience with Infor Syteline.
