What you will do

• Partner with functional leaders to deliver people strategies that support business performance.
• Provide guidance on talent management, including hiring, performance, development, and retention.
• Support organizational decisions, role clarity, team structure, and capability planning.
• Coach leaders on managing performance, tough conversations, and corrective actions.
• Advise on employee relations issues and implement effective resolutions.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and People Operations to deliver coordinated HR solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2-3 years of HR Business Partner experience.
• Minimum of 4-5 years of total professional experience.
• Strong knowledge of talent management, performance management, and employee relations.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with leaders and stakeholders.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be based in New York City
