What you will do

• Support accounts receivable functions under the Revenue Cycle Manager.
• Enhance agency policies and procedures for billing, collections, and revenue cycle operations.
• Train, monitor, and update AR policies and procedures to reflect current government regulations for home health and hospice.
• Monitor internal controls for compliance and partner with AR Market Leaders on action plans.
• Use home health/hospice software systems to train staff, monitor workflows, and route/troubleshoot claim and EMR issues.
• Develop AR reporting for metrics and trends and lead a team of AR resources.

Requirements

• 2+ years of accounts receivable experience in Home Health and Hospice.
• Experience assisting, training, and supporting business office managers at multiple sites.
• Ability to train staff on home health/hospice software systems and revenue cycle processes.
• Location: Remote in the USA.
