What you will do

• Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective residential customers.
• Qualify leads based on established eligibility criteria and interest.
• Schedule qualified appointments directly into the CRM and CallTools dialer platform.
• Follow approved sales scripts while adapting conversations to build rapport.
• Achieve and exceed daily and weekly KPIs for call volume and bookings.
• Document customer interactions and provide feedback to improve outreach strategies.

Requirements

• Previous experience in outbound cold calling, telesales, or appointment setting.
• Demonstrated success in high-volume outbound calling environments.
• Experience using CRM platforms and automated dialer systems (e.g., CallTools).
• Strong objection-handling, negotiation, and rapport-building skills.
• Resilient, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset.
• Availability to work Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Time.
