What you will do

• Define and steer system-level electrical architectural direction and act as the decisive authority on performance and interface conflicts.
• Translate abstract requirements into executable architecture balancing business context and system requirements.
• Deliver system-level domain-specific SEG documentation and provide input for design rules.
• Lead technical teams and align diverse stakeholders on architectural roadmaps and business needs.
• Identify and mitigate electrical domain risks and conduct necessary technical studies.
• Coach technical teams on architectural skills and contribute to the internal Architect Community.

Requirements

• BS in Engineering or relevant technical field (MSc or PhD preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in defining and realizing architecture within the electrical domain.
• Proven expertise in grounding, shielding, signal/power integrity, and EMI mitigation.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards such as NFPA, IEC, SEMI, and CE.
• Ability to lead EMC-aware system design and perform complex root-cause analysis for electrical issues.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in San Jose, CA.
