What you will do

• Apply EMC principles during the design phase to ensure compliance with industry standards like IEC 61326-1 and FCC.
• Develop and execute EMC test plans, including EMI, ESD, and radiated/conducted immunity testing.
• Collaborate with hardware, software, and mechanical teams to identify and mitigate EMC risks early in the development lifecycle.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for EMC test failures in prototypes and production units.
• Prepare detailed technical documentation and test reports for regulatory submissions.
• Operate and maintain EMC laboratory equipment such as spectrum analyzers, EMI receivers, and power sources.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or Physics (or equivalent experience).
• 2-5 years of professional experience in design for EMC and testing.
• Solid understanding of EMC/EMI test methods and subassembly/system-level validation.
• Proficiency with EMC standards such as IEC 61326-1.
• Experience with EMC test software (e.g., EMCWare, Naxio).
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).

• Experience working in an ISO 17025 environment.
