Salary: $147,345 - $220,200 per year

What you will do

• Partner with BU leadership and VP of Finance to translate strategy into robust financial plans and performance targets.
• Lead BU financial planning activities, including annual operating plans, long-range strategic plans, and quarterly forecasts.
• Drive disciplined execution against revenue, margin, and cost commitments.
• Provide financial leadership on growth initiatives, capital investments, and strategic trade-offs.
• Ensure alignment with GAAP, SOX, internal controls, and public company reporting requirements.
• Lead and develop BU finance talent, fostering analytical rigor and leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive finance experience, including senior leadership roles.
• Experience supporting global manufacturing environments.
• Experience supporting a global business unit in a public company environment.
• Strong background in FP&A and business partnership.
• Fluency in English.

Nice to have

• MBA, CPA, or CFA certification.
• Experience in Medical Devices or Life Sciences.
• Experience supporting businesses in the $100M+ revenue range.
• Exposure to M&A, integrations, or carve-outs.
