What you will do

• Serve as the primary finance advisor to the Capability President, providing strategic insight on commercial and operational decisions.
• Own revenue, profitability, EBITDA, and cash flow forecasting for the capability.
• Drive improvements in project profitability, pricing strategy, and commercial performance.
• Ensure financial governance, balance sheet integrity, and compliance with US GAAP.
• Lead cash forecasting and working capital management to maximize liquidity.
• Coach and develop a high-performing finance team while fostering cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline; CPA or CMA preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive finance experience with senior leadership responsibility.
• Expertise in commercial finance, project accounting, and revenue recognition.
• Experience in marketing, advertising, consulting, or professional services.
• Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience within a multi-brand, multi-entity, or global agency environment.
• Familiarity with financial transformation and process improvement initiatives.
• PE-backed company experience.
