What you will do

• Develop and execute an enterprise-wide revenue cycle strategy to drive financial performance.
• Build and lead a high-performing team focused on billing, collections, and patient intake services.
• Partner with Market Access to optimize payer relationships, reimbursement rates, and contract compliance.
• Implement AI and machine learning solutions to automate revenue cycle processes and reduce denials.
• Ensure strict adherence to federal and state regulations, including CMS and HIPAA requirements.
• Provide strategic insights to the executive leadership team regarding revenue performance and payer trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or healthcare administration required (MBA/MHA preferred).
• 12+ years of experience in revenue cycle management, ideally in molecular or precision diagnostics.
• 6+ years of leadership experience building and managing high-performance teams.
• 4+ years of P&L responsibility.
• Extensive expertise in payer contracting, reimbursement methodologies, and healthcare finance.
• Deep understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks like CMS, HIPAA, and Stark Law.
