Compensation: $23.50–$24 per hour

What you will do

• Determine client eligibility and conduct intake assessments for refugee programs.
• Develop and implement individualized service plans for vulnerable individuals and families.
• Assist clients in navigating healthcare, transportation, and other social services.
• Conduct community outreach and maintain a strong network of service providers.
• Manage crisis responses and provide extended orientation on essential life skills.
• Maintain detailed documentation in the ETO database to track client progress.

Requirements

• Must be based in or be able to work in Missoula, MT.
• Bachelor's degree in social work, public health, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in case management, customer service, or people engagement.
• Fluent English (spoken and written) required.
• Valid driver's license and access to a personal, insured vehicle.
• Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment with diplomacy and strong networking skills.

Nice to have

• Previous experience working with youth.
• Proficiency in Pashto, Dari, Arabic, Swahili, or Spanish.
