What you will do

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients in critical care, telemetry, or emergency settings.
• Rotate across various AHN hospital locations as part of the Internal Staffing Team.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to evaluate clinical care and health services.
• Delegate tasks appropriately to LPNs and support staff while maintaining a safe patient environment.
• Provide verbal and written feedback to peers regarding clinical practice and role performance.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and data security guidelines while managing confidential patient information.

Requirements

• Current State of PA RN licensure OR current multi-state licensure through the enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC).
• Current CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
• Must possess Act 34 Criminal Background, Act 33 Child Abuse, and Act 73 FBI Fingerprinting clearances.
• Minimum 2 years of Critical Care RN experience.
• Ability to work rotating shifts with 24/7 coverage.

Nice to have

• Certification in a clinical area of specialty.
• 1 year of travel nursing experience.
