Location: Must be a resident of WA, CA, VA, NC, OR, ID, AZ, TX, GA, or SC. If located in Washington state within driving distance of Tukwila, hybrid attendance at HQ is required on Tuesdays & Wednesdays.

Salary: $106,600–$130,100 annually.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end data analysis projects to support divisional and enterprise priorities.
• Redesign and modernize the debit analytics ecosystem to create scalable, actionable insights.
• Design executive-level dashboards and reporting solutions for product and business leaders.
• Guide experimental design and A/B testing efforts to drive data-informed decision-making.
• Develop reusable transformation logic and optimize data workflows using Snowflake and SQL.
• Mentor fellow analysts and establish documentation and reproducibility standards.

Requirements

• Must be a resident of WA, CA, VA, NC, OR, ID, AZ, TX, GA, or SC.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of progressive data analytics experience.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, and data preparation tools like Alteryx.
• Expertise in visualization platforms such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Hands-on experience with cloud-based environments including Snowflake and Azure.
