What you will do

• Contribute hands-on to the design, development, and delivery of features and technical solutions.
• Lead technical modernization efforts and implement AI-related capabilities.
• Raise backend engineering standards and practices across multiple teams to solve shared technical problems.
• Translate ambiguous, poorly defined problems into clear, actionable technical plans.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to their professional growth through personal development plans.
• Balance technical delivery with acting as an enabler for other engineers and organizational processes.

Requirements

• Expert-level backend engineering skills in C# / .NET.
• Solid experience with automated testing, DevOps practices, and databases.
• Strong product mindset to align technical decisions with business context.
• Proven ability to work autonomously and collaborate as a peer with senior engineers.
• Comfort with mentoring, cross-team collaboration, and leading broader initiatives.
• English: B2 (Upper-intermediate) or higher required.
• Location: Must be based in Ukraine.
