What you will do

• Lead the production practice, executing work systems and monitoring team health to ensure delivery success.
• Partner with product and engineering leaders to evaluate roadmap feasibility and mitigate risks.
• Develop the technical product vision and execute the development strategy for the team.
• Identify and coordinate dependencies with external teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Communicate team health and progress to the organization through regular reporting rituals.
• Provide essential product feedback through playtesting and other feedback mechanisms.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience leading development and delivery efforts for medium-to-large teams.
• Experience delivering technical features, specifically focusing on services and tools.
• Experience working with remote, multi-disciplinary teams across different time zones and cultures.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent technical experience.
• Strong proficiency in Agile methodologies and project management tools like Jira and Notion.
• Must be based in the US to be eligible for company benefits and legal compliance.

Nice to have

• Experience working in medium-to-large organizations with complex cross-boundary collaboration.
• Proficiency with Product and Design tools such as Miro and Figma.
