Senior Producer (Game Development)

Location: Europe; fully remote. Core working hours are 10am-4pm CET.

What you will do

• Define and execute development strategies for multiple cross-disciplinary strike teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to establish project scope, milestones, deliverables, budgets, and schedules.
• Lead, mentor, and empower distributed teams with clear roles, responsibilities, and accountability.
• Allocate tools, talent, and time to meet development needs and maintain strong team performance.
• Coordinate communication across departments, external partners, and studio leadership.
• Identify production risks, solve complex challenges, and improve processes using agile frameworks.

Requirements

• 5+ years of production experience in the games industry.
• At least one complete AAA game shipped from concept to launch.
• Experience building and maintaining high-performing distributed and diverse teams.
• Deep understanding of the full game development lifecycle and agile frameworks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas to different audiences.
• Strong understanding of player expectations and the ability to evaluate game quality from a player perspective.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
• Strong skills in Excel or other data analysis tools.
