What you will do

• Lead product discovery, defining vision and strategy aligned with business goals.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback loops to identify opportunities.
• Create and maintain product roadmaps and prioritize features based on market demand and business impact.
• Collaborate with designers and engineers to turn high-level strategy into actionable technical plans.
• Oversee the full product lifecycle from ideation through launch and post-launch performance analysis.
• Communicate strategy and performance metrics to executive stakeholders and global clients.

Requirements

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in product management or product strategy.
• Proven track record of taking digital products from discovery to launch, including zero-to-one initiatives.
• Hands-on experience shaping AI-powered products, including LLM-based capabilities and build vs. buy trade-offs.
• Strong background in professional services, consulting, or client-facing product leadership.
• Proficiency with Agile delivery (Jira), prioritization frameworks, and product analytics.
• English: C1+ fluency required for daily communication in international teams.
