What you will do

• Own and manage the roadmap for Data group initiatives, prioritizing features that improve migration efficiency and platform adoption.
• Design and improve tooling used by implementation teams and partners to map, transform, validate, and import data from external systems.
• Translate complex technical requirements into clear product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with Engineering to evaluate technical trade-offs, constraints, and scalability considerations.
• Collaborate with external integration partners and internal stakeholders (CX, Implementation) to align on priorities.
• Analyze customer feedback and operational metrics to identify opportunities for automation and simplification of data workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in a technology company.
• Experience managing technical, platform, infrastructure, or data-intensive products.
• Strong understanding of data models, APIs, integrations, ETL processes, and system architecture.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear product requirements.
• Professional-level English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Must be based in Medellín, Colombia for hybrid work.

Nice to have

• Experience with data migration platforms, ETL pipelines, or integration products.
• Experience in legal technology, fintech, or other highly regulated industries.
• Familiarity with AWS services and cloud-based architectures.
• Python or other programming experience.
• Experience mentoring other Product Managers.
