Senior Product Manager (Data)

Location: Medellín, Colombia; Workplace: Hybrid

What you will do

• Own the product strategy, roadmap, execution, and outcomes for the Data product group.
• Define and improve tooling for mapping, transforming, validating, and importing data from external systems.
• Design workflows that support multiple source systems, varying data structures, and complex transformation requirements.
• Contribute to schema customization, search, reporting, and broader platform data management initiatives.
• Partner with Engineering, Implementation, Customer Experience, and external integration partners on discovery, delivery, and prioritization.
• Analyze migration outcomes, customer feedback, usage data, and operational metrics to improve data quality and customer onboarding.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in a technology company.
• Experience managing technical, platform, infrastructure, or data-intensive products.
• Strong understanding of data models, APIs, integrations, ETL processes, transformation logic, and system architecture.
• Experience writing product specifications, managing backlogs, and prioritizing competing initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional-level English proficiency in written and spoken communication.

Nice to have

• Experience with data migration platforms, ETL pipelines, integration products, platform products, or developer-facing solutions.
• Legal technology, financial technology, or regulated-industry experience.
• Experience supporting external partner ecosystems or third-party integrations.
• Familiarity with AWS, cloud-based architectures, Python, or other programming languages.
• Experience mentoring Product Managers or supporting team development.
