Location: Remote from Latin America (Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, or Brazil preferred)

What you will do

• Ship improvements to the accounting user experience, including spend data management, reconciliation, compliance, and audit trails.
• Identify, validate, and prototype AI automation opportunities to replace manual deterministic rules.
• Drive integration work with major ERP and accounting platforms such as NetSuite, SAP, and QuickBooks.
• Run customer discovery with controllers and CFOs to translate findings into clear engineering specifications.

Requirements

• Must be based in Latin America (specifically Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, or Brazil).
• 3+ years of B2B SaaS/fintech PM experience building ERP/accounting integrations OR a CPA/accounting degree with 2+ years in finance ops and 2+ years in product roles.
• Working knowledge of GAAP/IFRS.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in SQL.
• Hands-on comfort prototyping with AI tools.
• Excellent written communication skills.

• Knowledge of LatAm accounting and compliance.
