What you will do
- Coordinate and manage scheduling for court reporters across various markets.
- Ensure every job is covered correctly and efficiently.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with the court reporter community.
- Collaborate with internal teams to strengthen the agency's reputation.
- Handle high-volume workflows while maintaining organization and composure.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States.
- Must be available to work 9 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. ET.
- 1+ years of experience in scheduling, coordination, or administrative roles.
- Exceptional communication skills and a hospitality-focused mindset.
- Ability to prioritize competing tasks in a fast-paced remote environment.
- Comfortable learning and using new software systems quickly.
