What you will do

• Manage workforce and payroll compliance, including timesheet, PTO, and mileage validation.
• Maintain field employee attendance, call-off trackers, and workforce planning metrics.
• Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports and maintain dashboards for clinical leadership.
• Handle administrative escalation trackers and route non-clinical operational issues to the correct teams.
• Update SOPs, workflows, and operational documentation to support new workflow launches.
• Participate in internal audits to identify and implement operational improvement processes.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Availability to work CST hours.
• 2+ years of experience in operations, coordination, or administrative support.
• Proficiency in Google tools and EHR systems.
• Experience managing multiple workflows, trackers, or reports simultaneously.
• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated secure workspace.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare operations, medical group administration, or home health/home care.
• Familiarity with multi-state payroll or leave compliance.
• Experience supporting distributed or regional field teams.
• Prior use of Rippling or similar HRIS platforms.
