What you will do

• Maintain and configure benefits technology platforms, including plan rates, eligibility rules, and workflows.
• Execute annual benefits renewals, including plan year rollovers and rate updates.
• Manage and validate ACA-related data to support accurate downstream reporting and compliance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system configuration issues, plan setup errors, and data discrepancies.
• Create and maintain detailed system documentation, renewal logs, and issue trackers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience supporting benefits administration systems, HRIS, or payroll systems.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship.
• Strong understanding of employee benefits administration and plan setup.
• Working knowledge of ACA requirements and system data configuration.
