What you will do

• Gather requirements and implement technical workflow solutions for News, Production, and Creative Services partners.
• Administer media production applications, systems, and infrastructure to ensure high reliability and stability.
• Develop and maintain detailed system documentation for operational and troubleshooting purposes.
• Provide technical support and incident response within a 24x7 mission-critical technology facility.
• Ensure all systems and processes comply with corporate cyber security policies and standards.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in systems engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, radio, television & film, or equivalent experience.
• Expertise in media technology including SDI, NDI, ST-2110, NRCS, NLE, and media asset management.
• Strong knowledge of IT fundamentals: physical/virtualized/cloud compute, storage, networking, and identity management.
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
• Must be willing to work full-time onsite in Washington, D.C., including early morning shifts (approx. 4am).
