What you will do

• Act as a thought partner to law firm partners and innovation teams to identify high-value AI opportunities.
• Own firm relationships from initial pilots and onboarding to full-firm adoption.
• Serve as the voice of the user, translating insights from M&A and litigation teams into product roadmap priorities.
• Deliver high-impact product demos and training sessions to various stakeholders.
• Develop scalable playbooks and best practices for global growth.
• Guide firms in evaluating the ROI and competitive advantage of AI integration.

Requirements

• Background in law with experience at a top-tier "Big Law" firm.
• Tech-curious mindset with a passion for generative AI and productivity tools.
• Ability to communicate confidently across disciplines, from senior partners to engineers.
• Proven experience in bringing structure to ambiguity in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to evaluate and improve legal processes, such as due diligence and contract review.
• Proactive and self-directed approach to managing multiple high-level client relationships.
