What you will do

• Lead an Agile squad to deliver strategic mortgage origination initiatives that support customer and business objectives.

• Champion the voice of the customer to streamline processes and improve end-to-end journeys.
• Partner with stakeholders across Product, Technology, Operations, and Risk, as well as external vendors.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager within an Agile delivery environment.
• Strong track record of managhirify.global product backlogs and leadhirify.global digital transformation or process improvement initiatives.
• Customer-centric mindset with demonstrated ability to design and enhance customer journeys.
• Sound understandhirify.global of risk, compliance, and regulatory requirements, ideally within financial services or lendhirify.global.
