What you will do

• Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes to manufacture parts according to engineering blueprints.
• Collaborate with CNC programmers to ensure parts meet drawing specifications.
• Load and perform simple edits to machine programs.
• Utilize inspection measuring devices to ensure tolerances within .001.
• Maintain high performance standards as a trusted defense contractor.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience operating CNC or equivalent machinery.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with Fanuc and/or Okuma controls.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering requirements.
• Proficiency in using inspection measuring devices.
• Must be able to work 2nd shift (4:30 PM - 1:00 AM) in Salem, Ohio.
• Physical ability to stand for prolonged periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
