Location: Hybrid in Dublin (3 days per week in-office) or fully remote for candidates based in the United Kingdom

Compensation: €145K – €165K OTE + Equity

What you will do

• Partner with the sales team to provide technical expertise and uncover use cases that showcase the platform's value.
• Build and present Proofs of Concept (POCs) to prospective customers, enabling them to use hirify.global on their own data.
• Collaborate with post-sales teams to ensure a smooth transition from trials to successful customer onboarding.
• Work closely with Product, Design, and Engineering to provide user feedback and guide future product direction.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in data analytics/BI, including pre-sales experience.
• Strong SQL skills for performing analytics.
• Familiarity with the modern data stack, including cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, Redshift) and transformation tools (dbt).
• Experience with enterprise BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, Mode, or Sisense.
• Comfortable owning and leading technical conversations directly with customers.
