What you will do

• Partner with sales teams to lead technical discovery, product demonstrations, and solution workshops.
• Design and implement customized fraud detection workflows using AI-driven behavioral intelligence.
• Lead technical onboarding, API integrations, and platform deployment into customer environments.
• Collaborate with customer fraud, risk, and engineering teams to ensure successful adoption.
• Advise customers on emerging fraud trends, scam typologies, and best practices.
• Provide ongoing solution guidance and troubleshoot technical issues throughout the customer lifecycle.

Requirements

• Must be based in Israel or the United Kingdom.
• 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineer or Technical Consultant.
• Experience with fraud prevention, financial crime, payments, banking, fintech, or cryptocurrency solutions.
• Proven experience integrating SaaS platforms using APIs and supporting technical implementations.
• Strong understanding of transaction monitoring, AML, scam prevention, or risk management concepts.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value for diverse stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI or machine learning-powered fraud detection platforms.
• Knowledge of cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, or digital asset ecosystems.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or scripting languages.
• Familiarity with KYC and financial crime compliance solutions.
