Location: Remote-first global workforce. Cannot be performed in California or Colorado.

What you will do

• Lead strategic client engagements, guiding onboarding and adoption of Arbitrum technology.
• Advocate for and foster partnerships with promising application teams to grow the ecosystem.
• Collaborate with Product teams to relay community feedback and shape go-to-market strategies.
• Work alongside engineering and research teams to improve platform protocol and application-layer features.
• Own developer success for leading application teams, solving complex integration challenges.
• Manage and develop high-performing technical teams.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in technical roles such as solutions engineering, software engineering, or infrastructure.
• 4+ years of experience leading and managing technical teams.
• Direct experience working with fintech companies or financial institutions on core infrastructure.
• Strong fundamental understanding of blockchain technology, smart contracts, and rollups.
• Proven experience communicating complex technical concepts to clients and business stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Rust, Solidity, or Golang.

• Experience in professional or commercial client-facing settings.
• Deep passion for decentralized systems and Ethereum infrastructure.
