Salary: $110,000 - $120,000 yearly

What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of complex engineering projects from design to post-launch support.
• Administer media production applications, infrastructure, and enterprise IT systems.
• Collaborate with station partners to determine requirements and implement technical workflow solutions.
• Provide technical support, incident response, and maintain system documentation.
• Ensure all systems and operations comply with cybersecurity policies and standards.

Requirements

• Must be willing to work full-time onsite in Washington, DC.
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 1 year of project management.
• Expertise in media technology including SDI, NDI, ST-2110, and transmission systems.
• Strong background in core IT fundamentals, including networking, cloud compute, and identity management.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by production schedules.

Nice to have

• CCNA Certification.
• Experience with Jira or Asana.
• Background in supporting 24/7 mission-critical live event production operations.
