Compensation: €165K – €186K OTE + Equity

What you will do

• Partner with the sales team to uncover and prove use cases that showcase the value of the hirify.global platform.
• Lead technical discovery, product demonstrations, and Proofs of Concept (POCs) for prospective customers.
• Mentor junior Solutions Engineers to elevate the quality of technical evaluations and demos.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to guide product direction using field feedback.
• Coordinate with post-sales teams and partners to ensure a smooth transition from trial to successful customer.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in enterprise pre-sales business intelligence or data analytics.
• Proven track record in B2B SaaS net new logo acquisition.
• Deep expertise with the modern data stack, including cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, Redshift) and transformation tools (dbt).
• Strong SQL skills for performing data analytics.
• Exceptional consultative communication skills for both technical and business stakeholders.
• Must be based in Ireland (Dublin) or the United Kingdom.

• Prior experience with enterprise BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, Mode, or Sisense.
