Capture Manager (Program Integrator)

Location: Must be based in or able to relocate to Marietta, GA. This is a hybrid role requiring part-time onsite presence at a hirify.global facility.

What you will do

• Support campaign leads in identifying and shaping new business opportunities for aerospace products.
• Build and maintain quality relationships with international and internal customer bases.
• Develop deep expertise in international defense requirements, economics, and budgetary processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive pursuit strategies.
• Deliver high-level presentations to executive leadership and industry stakeholders.
• Manage the lifecycle of business opportunities from market development to implementation.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship required due to security clearance requirements.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Proven experience in Project or Program Management.
• Experience delivering executive-level presentations and working with cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.

Nice to have

• Recent capture experience in Sales or Business Development for DOD and international programs.
• Familiarity with the full lifecycle of business opportunities.
