What you will do
+- Lead strategic advisory and value realization for EMEA enterprise clients by aligning SWP technology to business drivers, job redesign goals, and skills gap interventions.
- Define and standardize consulting delivery frameworks (process mapping, design workshops, change impact assessments, and stakeholder enablement).
- Direct cross-functional delivery pods to ensure on-time, high-quality implementation and post-go-live stabilization.
- Support pre-sales scoping by partnering with Sales and Solution Engineering to recommend delivery methodologies and set clear delivery expectations.
- Turn field insights and customer use cases (including AI/automation impacts) into product feedback and internal domain knowledge.
- Serve as the trusted advisory face of customer engagements to drive long-term stakeholder alignment and product adoption.
Requirements
+- 7–10 years of experience implementing HR/workforce solutions or leading SWP advisory engagements in medium-to-large enterprises (2,000+ employees).
- Strong domain leadership in modern Strategic Workforce Planning, including guiding executives through trade-offs across technology features, configurations, and organizational process changes.
- Hands-on experience leading workforce transformation initiatives, including AI/automation impacts and skills gap analysis for organizational design and talent reallocation.
- Deep knowledge of core HR functions, talent management processes, and HR data analytics, with the ability to explain complex models and assumptions to non-technical business leaders.
- Proven ability to lead executive workshops, develop customer-ready advisory materials, and manage complex change management across HR, Finance, and IT.
- Regional flexibility to travel up to 25% of the time, primarily within the EMEA region.
