What you will do

• Lead, coach, and support a team of infrastructure and DevOps engineers.
• Own planning and delivery processes to ensure clear priorities and commitments.
• Maintain accountability for system reliability, incident response, and post-incident improvements.
• Provide technical oversight by reviewing designs and guiding architectural trade-offs.
• Ensure documentation, runbooks, and operational standards are consistently maintained.
• Act as the primary point of accountability for cross-team collaboration.

Requirements

• Experience managing engineers in a people leadership role.
• Background in Infrastructure, DevOps, or Site Reliability Engineering.
• Experience operating production systems in AWS.
• Strong understanding of Linux, Kubernetes, and containerized systems.
• Proficiency in infrastructure as code using Terraform.
• Experience leading teams through incidents and operational challenges.
