What you will do

• Own and evolve the core brand system, including guidelines, component libraries, and templates.
• Maintain visual identity standards across the portfolio of brands to ensure coherence as products grow.
• Define brand behavior for emerging surfaces, AI-generated outputs, and motion.
• Collaborate with pod designers and marketers to identify and fix systemic brand breakdowns.
• Translate complex crypto and onchain finance concepts into usable brand guidance.
• Lead design reviews and integrate AI tools into the creative practice.

Requirements

• Deep experience as a brand designer in-house or in an agency.
• Proven track record of building and evolving design systems.
• Strong expertise in brand identity and visual systems at scale.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, including AI-assisted design tools.
• Experience with motion design or collaborating closely with motion designers.
• Must be based in one of the listed supported countries (UK, Bulgaria, Canada, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Hungary, Ireland, Lithuania, Poland, Portugal, Romania, South Africa, Sweden, Switzerland, UAE).
